I whipped this up in case it's needed or preferred to the latest version regarding fulfilling the requirements of the ad. Namely the "soliciting the participation and contribution of programmers writing actual source code" requirement.

If we choose to go forward with one of those fixed transparency versions, we will have to post and vote up the new ad on SO as well as delete the old ad post.
